1. About the school!

2. Who are we looking for:

  • 1 Head Kindergarten teacher from US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland

  • BA in Early Childhood Education should be prefered

  • At least two year experience

  • Female, Under 40 years old

  • Start day: August - September

3. Job details:

  • Salary: $1800 - $2500

  • Housing allowance on top

  • Health insurance provided

  • All the national, public holiday and school break paid

  • Student age: 2 - 6 years old

  • Teaching assistant in each class

  • Medium class size of 15 - 20 kids/class

  • Working hours: 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri schedule

  • 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday

4. Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the day to day running of KG.

  • To act as a role model of exceptional classroom practice for other teachers, modelling
    effective strategies with them.

  • To be accountable for promoting effective Early Years Teaching and Learning .
    4.To provide a stimulating learning environment across the phase.
    5. To evaluate the outcomes of effective Teaching and Learning across the phase and take
    a key accountability role in the self evaluation process of the school.
    6. Ensure continuity and progression across the phase through agreed teaching strategies
    and policies in line with the School Development Plan.
    7. To be accountable for student outcomes across the phase.
