Due process for recruiting Foreign English Teachers (Requirement standards): 1) Teachers must be from a home country from the following list: Canada United States of America United Kingdom (Including Scotland) Australia Ireland New Zealand 2) Teachers must provide valid proof of 1+ years teaching experience in an overseas environment. 3) A 10min - 1 hour teaching demo must be completed on site. 4) Teachers must provide proof of a valid post-secondary bachelor's degree (4 years), from an accredited university. 5) Special priority will be given to permanent residence card-holders. 6) A valid lesson plan outline of how the teacher will teach the lesson will be provided, to show competent teaching skills. Please ask the teacher how they control their class and how they plan to discipline students. They must include a detailed list of rules for their class, to be assessed by the recruiter, as evidence of teaching competency. 7) Teachers must be free and able to meet school schedule, with no conflict of work or competition. 8) Friendly, genuinely, and aggressive. 9)With great ability on writing plan of English children teaching lesson. 10)Love children, with positive service. 11)Need to finish the training program of multiple kid theatre & School.
